Daniel Heller-Roazen
Born in Canada in 1974, Daniel Heller-Roazen studied philosophy and literature in Toronto, Baltimore, Venice, and Paris. He is currently Professor of Comparative Literature at Princeton University (USA). He is the author of many essays, translations, and three books, among which Echolalias: On the Forgetting of Language (English language edition by Zone Books, 2005, French, German, Italian, and Arabic translations recently published or forthcoming) and The Inner Touch: Archaeology of a Sensation (English language edition by Zone Books, 2007, forthcoming translations in French and Polish). He is currently completing a book called Along Liquid Paths: A Genealogy of Piracy, to be published in English by Zone Books and in French by Éditions du Seuil.
